AEzine Challenge Stamps

In her last newsletter Ali Edwards challenged us to use stamps*gasp*.

Not that I don’t like stamps, I ‘ve got stockpiled baskets full of stamps, I love them and can’t walk by them but I think or I know that they do not like me.They annoy me, they make my hands messy, I’m afraid they’ll mess up my layouts in the last minute ect.

O.K., Ali called and I take this real challenge for me, to use a geometric stamp (circles on cardstock), an organic stamp (Elsie-Flowers in the corners) and a text stamp (story). The stamps are hidden quite well, aren’t they?

And by that chance I’ve used all my 100+ photos of our trip to Prague, thanks to PICASA. I’ve posted how to make a collage in Picasa here already. In the meantime I save the collage in Photoshop and print from there. HERE you can see a bigger version of my layout.

Perhaps some of you will also take on this fun-challenge, let’s go.

Ali Edwards hat in ihrem letzten Newsletter dazu aufgefordert Stempel zu benutzen. *Schnauf*

Nicht das ich Stempel nicht mag, ich habe Körbe davon gehortet, ich liebe sie und kann an keinem Stempel vorbei kommen – aber ich glaube oder ich weiss – Stempel mögen mich nicht. Sie ärgern mich ständig, indem sie meine Hände einsauen, meine Layouts in letzter Minute unwiderruflich kaputt machen, verrutschen etc. pp.

Ok Ali hat gerufen und ich versuche mich an dieser echten Herausforderung für mich – einen geometrischen (Kreise auf dem Cardstock) Stempel, einen organischen (Elsiestempel in den Ecken) Stempel, einen Textstempel (Story) zu benutzen. Die Stempel sind gut versteckt, nicht? Und bei der Gelegenheit habe ich alle 100irgendwas Fotos unseres Pragtrips auch verwurstet. PICASA macht’s möglich. Wie es geht hatte ich schon mal hier erklärt. Mittlerweile speichere ich die von Picasa erstellte Datei nur ab und öffne und bearbeite sie in Photoshop weiter. Hier könnt ihr euch die größere Version meines Layouts anschauen, Typepad verkleinert ziemlich stark.

Vielleicht macht ja die eine oder andere bei diesem Stempelspaß auch mit. Los geht’s.
